At Tristate Mobile Mechanic LLC, we believe quality work should come with peace of mind. That’s why we offer a strong, transparent warranty on both parts and labor — with no runaround or fine print surprises.
Any labor we perform is backed by our own in-house guarantee — giving you confidence that the job was done right the first time. That includes:
12-month warranty on all labor performed by Tristate Mobile Mechanic LLC
Free rework or correction if a repair fails due to installation error or workmanship
No charge for return service related to warranty-covered labor
Priority scheduling for any labor-related warranty issue
Clear communication and documentation — so you're never left wondering what's covered
We’re confident in our work, and we want you to be too. That’s why every repair comes with a 12-month labor warranty. If anything we fix fails due to our workmanship within one year of service, we’ll come back and make it right — no extra charge.
Any part we install on your vehicle is backed by the same warranty offered by our suppliers — and we handle the process for you. That includes:
Lifetime warranties on eligible parts (brake pads, starters, alternators, etc.)
Limited warranties on other components (batteries, sensors, etc.)
If a covered part fails, we’ll replace it — and we’ll never make you chase down the manufacturer.
💡 Note: Warranties apply only to parts we supply and install.
To keep things clear and fair, here’s what’s covered and what isn’t:
Warranties apply only to parts supplied and installed by Tristate Mobile Mechanic LLC.
Manufacturer warranties (lifetime or limited) are passed on to the customer with proof of purchase.
Labor warranty covers the original job performed, and does not include damage from unrelated issues, customer misuse, or third-party interference.
If a non-warrantied part fails through no fault of our workmanship, labor will not be covered for free, but we will work with you to offer a fair solution — including possible discounted labor on reinstalling a replacement.
Warranty work must be completed within our standard service area and during business hours/availability.
