Tristate Mobile Mechanic LLC is looking for a hardworking, teachable, and mechanically minded Field Technician to join our growing mobile repair team.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position ideal for someone who loves working on cars, wants to grow their skills, and can be trusted to represent the business on-site. Whether you're an experienced tech or just getting started — we provide training, support, and opportunities to level up.
Perform mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles
Travel to homes, worksites, or roadside locations as dispatched
Communicate professionally with customers and follow internal procedures
Keep service records and complete job logs accurately
Maintain cleanliness and care of tools, uniforms, and customer property
Occasionally assist with team projects, supply runs, or pickups
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable (or able to transport yourself)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a drug test
Must wear provided company shirt and present professionally at jobs
Must have (or begin collecting) a basic personal toolset
Basic communication, responsibility, and willingness to follow directions
Flat Rate Pay System: Earn per job — the more you know, the more you make
Entry-level applicants may start at a lower rate initially
Gas reimbursement or mileage allowance provided if you drive your own vehicle
Full-time employees receive paid time off after qualifying period
Opportunities to earn more as your skills, speed, and certifications increase
No bonuses at this time — commissions are earned through flat-rate work (for now)

Tristate Mobile Mechanic LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Receptionist & Client Intake Coordinator to help manage high call volume and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a flexible role, and is confident on the phone. As a growing mobile auto repair business, we need someone who can represent us with clarity, warmth, and professionalism — and who’s ready to grow with us.
You’ll be the first voice many customers hear. Your role will include:
Answering incoming calls , greeting customers, and responding to messages
Logging client details and job info into our CRM
Immediately notifying supervisor of new qualified leads
Following up with customers who request callbacks
Providing basic information about services, availability, and our process
Assisting with light admin tasks (sending confirmations, basic documentation, etc.)
This is a remote role with flexible hours. While most calls come in between 9 AM and 5 PM, you do not need to be seated at a computer all day. You just need to reliably answer/return calls and log client info promptly within your scheduled window. This position works well around school, caregiving, or other part-time jobs.
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
Comfortable using forms, online software, and email
Reliable phone and internet access
Ability to speak, read, and write in English clearly
Must be a Georgia or North Carolina Resident (you may work from our office occasionally, but it's not required)
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a drug test (initial hiring)
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
💵 Pay & Perks:
$$$/month flat rate for approximately 10–12 hours/week
Monthly rate will be determined upon interview/onboarding
Flexible, remote work (with optional access to our Blairsville office)
Potential for increased hours and pay over time
Paid trial/training period of 30 days to assess fit and performance
We believe great work should be rewarded. Bonuses available include:
$20/week for scheduling 5+ new paid client jobs
$25 for maintaining a 100% call answer rate during assigned shifts (2+ weeks in a row)
$10 for consistently complete and accurate CRM entries
$50 quarterly bonus for reliability, accuracy, and client satisfaction

This is a flexible remote position for someone who thrives in the world of social media, can maintain a clear and professional brand voice, and knows how to turn content into real-world visibility and results.

Creating and posting 5–6 times per week across platforms (content provided or adapted from our material)
Responding to comments, DMs, tags, and reviews within 24 hours
Actively engaging in community conversations and posts (e.g., responding to local “ISO mechanic” posts, networking with local pages, etc.)
Notifying admin of any customer leads or issues needing follow-up
Occasionally assisting with light photo editing/ graphics for simple graphics and flyers
This is a remote, flexible position.
You don’t need to sit at a desk or clock in — you just need to:
Maintain daily social media activity (can be scheduled)
Ensure timely and consistent responses
Keep a strong, consistent online presence throughout the week
Expected time commitment: ~7–8 hours/week
Comfortable managing content and messages across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Nextdoor, and Yelp
Strong writing skills (clear, professional, no fluff or typos)
Experience with basic design tools preferred
Must be a resident in Georgia or North Carolina
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a drug test
Bilingual is a plus (but not required and not additionally compensated)
$$$/month flat rate for consistent content posting and engagement
No time tracking required — you’re measured by consistency and results
30-day paid trial/training period to confirm fit and communication quality
$20/post for customer leads that result in a paid job (must be verifiable)

$100 quarterly bonus for consistent posting, timely engagement, and strong brand representation throughout the quarter
